I had my first visit from Genesis Podiatry some weeks ago and was very impressed. Mr Eden was thorough in his examination of my feet and explained in detail about the treatment. He also gave very good advice on the need to wear the correct footwear. I felt no discomfort during the treatment and my feet felt so much better after Mr Eden's visit. I would highly recommend this business.

I received a prompt reply to my original enquiry, and Mr Eden visited my home as arranged. The consultation lasted over an hour, during which time he listened to my problem, made a thorough examination of my feet, and fully explained various matters pertaining to the process. He then created some corrective inserts for my toes, and I have since been able to report that these inserts have already gone some considerable way to relieving the problem, and made my life much more comfortable and pain-free.
So, I am a very happy client! The consultation was very professional, but friendly, and I felt very confident in Mr Eden's abilities. There was no rush, and I was able to ask any questions. The service is very good value for money, and I was pleasantly surprised to learn the cost of the inserts was included in the fee. I would not hesitate to use Genesis Podiatry again, and certainly recommend it to others.

Having recently moved into the area I was looking for continuity of care for my elderly Aunt who has dementia which can be challenging. After explaining this on the phone to Gary to my surprise he wasn't phased and arranged an evening appointment for her in her own home. I cannot recommend Gary highly enough - an amazing job done with great kindness, consideration and patience shown. We have followed the advice he gave to her, the outcome being that she is much more comfortable now when walking. Excellent service - thank you.

We have used this service before but this time it was my turn. Made appointment to suit ,great! Gary arrived as agreed and began with medical update , then gave my feet a full check up befor...e doing the required work. He explained the whole process and follow up care.

All round excellent service! I was able to get an evening appointment in my own home to accommodate my work pattern without any difficult. Gary was professional and friendly throughout the...treatment and he removed a significant amount of hard skin which was causing me discomfort. He also provided me with helpful advice on cream to use on my feet and recommended exercises to help reduce the pressure I experience on certain parts of my soles.

My 88 year mother has had problems with her feet for many years. Gary came to her home and gave exceptional service. He was extremely thorough in gathering her medical background and listening to her concerns about her feet before starting treatment. Foot care is important to us all, and more so as a Diabetic when it is essential you receive the best possible treatment available. Over many years I have had very good National Health treatment, however the service has become overloaded and appointment's become less available. Never ever having used a home service podiatrist I was a little apprehensive when I arranged an appointment with Genesis Podiatry. Speaking to Gary on the telephone was sufficient to convince me I had made the right choice. The appointment was made to suit my availability and as arranged he arrived spot on time. His initial introduction and presentation immediately confirmed he was a very professional Podiatrist and an expert in diabetic foot care.
Thanks to Gary both my wife and I feel very confident that we are receiving the best possible foot care.

I used Gary for a toe problem and he saw me the next day at home. Had a good hour with him, he did some treatment by way of a pad and gave a whole load of great advice on how to get back to good foot health. His treatment and advice eliminated nearly all discomfort within 72 hours, though he also said it will take some time to recover fully. Would definitely recommend.
